If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. After these 30 days a return isn't possible anymore. If you received a defective or damaged article, please contact our customer support.
For a quick and smooth return handling, please follow these steps:
• All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to the stated return address.
• In order to speed up the return process please place the filled out return form and the shipping order in the package.
• We kindly ask you to return the products only in the original packaging.
• Please retain the proof of postage as the whole return process may take up to 7 days.
Due to the current Corona situation our logistics are very busy. Unfortunately, there may be delays in processing your return. We will do our best to process your return as soon as possible. If you need to inquire about the status, please also send us the return number directly so that we can verify the shipment more easily. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you would like to exchange an order for another size, colour or article, we will be happy to help you. The easiest and fastest method is to return the unwanted items and place a new order for the desired items.
After we receive your return shipment, the money will be refunded in the same payment method used when ordering the product.
If you ordered with prepayment please write your account details on the return form.
1) Please be aware that if a return is received with either no or insufficient postage, the outstanding postage and handling fees are charged to the customer.
