Return and Exchange

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the items within 30 days of receipt. After these 30 days a return isn't possible anymore. If you received a defective or damaged article, please contact our customer support.

For a quick and smooth return handling, please follow these steps:

• All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to the stated return address.
• In order to speed up the return process please place the filled out return form and the shipping order in the package.
• We kindly ask you to return the products only in the original packaging.
• Please retain the proof of postage as the whole return process may take up to 7-14 days.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an order for another size, colour or article, we will be happy to help you. The easiest and fastest method is to return the unwanted items and place a new order for the desired items. 

 

Refund

After we receive your return shipment, the money will be refunded in the same payment method used when ordering the product.
If you ordered with prepayment please write your account details on the return form.
