Returns and Exchanges
We want to make your return as easy as possible. You can return items to us within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition and original packaging.
Received a faulty or damaged item? In that case, please do not use the returns portal – contact our customer service directly and we will take care of it right away.
Register your return
Register your return conveniently online: simply enter your order number and your email address, select the items you wish to return, and follow the instructions.

How to return your order
For quick and smooth processing, please follow these steps:
- Pack the goods securely and only in their original packaging.
- Hand the parcel in at the post office and keep your proof of postage in a safe place.
Processing your return may take 7–14 days from the date it arrives at our warehouse.
Return costs and return address
For orders of 100 euros or more, we cover both the shipping and the return costs.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product? The easiest and fastest way: return the unwanted item via the returns portal and simply place a new order for the item you want. That way, you don't have to wait for your return to be processed.
Refunds
As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the value of the goods to the payment method used for your order.
